Mr. Dauda Abdullahi is the Chief Executive Officer of Fashions Wadata Enterprise Ltd., one of Ghana’s leading garment manufacturing companies specializing in security uniforms, institutional apparel, and industrial garments. As the successor to the family business, he has successfully preserved its rich heritage while transforming it into a modern manufacturing enterprise recognized for quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Under his leadership, Fashions Wadata has evolved from a traditional tailoring business into a growing industrial garment manufacturer employing over 110 people, including 88 skilled machinists. He has overseen the company’s expansion into large-scale production, serving prominent clients such as G4S Security Services, Woodin, Protea Coin Ghana, Magnum Force Security, Regional Maritime University, and major mining companies including Mensin Gold, Asante Chirano, and Newmont Ghana.

Mr. Abdullahi has championed operational excellence, ethical manufacturing, and workforce development. Through partnerships with organizations such as GIZ, the International Labour Organization (ILO), JICA, and Empretec Ghana, he has strengthened the company’s technical capacity and compliance with international standards. His leadership also guided the successful completion of the company’s SMETA audit, reinforcing its reputation as a socially responsible and compliant manufacturer.

Committed to community development, Mr. Abdullahi has created employment opportunities for many young people from the Tetegu community while promoting safe working conditions, sustainable production practices, and continuous skills development.

Looking ahead, he is leading Fashions Wadata’s expansion into the ECOWAS market, with the vision of establishing the company as one of West Africa’s foremost garment manufacturing brands. His dedication to quality, innovation, and responsible business practices continues to drive the company’s growth and long-term success.
